Outpatient medical care to uninsured, low income residents of the Norwalk area. Medications, laboratory and diagnostic testing and referrals are available per program guidelines. Pre-employment and school physicals by appointment only. Photo ID, proof of address and proof of income required.
Appointments preferred, walk-in patients seen if time permits. All sick children are seen.
Staffed by volunteer doctors and nurses, the clinic draws upon the resources of community hospitals, laboratories, specialists and pharmacies to provide full, no-cost outpatient healthcare.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:The Free Clinic has volunteer opportunities for nurses, physicians, specialists, screeners and translators. Please contact Terri McCartney for further information.
