IICAPS partners with families in an attempt to stabilize and maintain children with serious psychiatric disorders in their home and community. This is done by providing intensive home and community based services, psychological and psychiatric evaluation, time limited psychotherapy, 24/7 crisis response, school consultation and more. IICAPS teams are able to work with families until the needs are met and the crisis period has subsided. The intensity of services can vary from 3-20 hours per week. Children who are being discharged from a psychiatric hospital or residential treatment, children with acute psychiatric crisis for whom hospitalization is being considered and children for whom traditional outpatient treatment is insufficient will be considered for the program.
Days Offered:MONDAY - FRIDAY
