CHILD FIRST

Description

Child FIRST (Child and Family Interagency Resource, Support and Training) is a home-based, psychotherapeutic, parent-child intervention program embedded in a system of care. The Child FIRST Team provides assessments, in-home clinical mental health services, care coordination and parent education for vulnerable young children and their families from the prenatal period to age 6. The program is provided in partnership with Family & Children's Agency and is co-located at Norwalk Health Department, 137 East Avenue, Norwalk CT (2nd Floor).

Days Offered:

Monday Wednesday 9am-8:30pm; Thursday: 9:00 am 6:00 pm

Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
